Fletcher M. Ford - President and CEO 

Fletcher Ford, our President, and CEO, is a lifelong native of the Midwest. He was born in Peoria, IL, and grew up most of his life in the Quad Cities area.  He has over 20 years experience in business and has won numerous awards. Fletcher's work and expertise in with major and small market clients, and various other businesses. He has been in broadcasting for many years and continues to improve local radio.   


Jason Gilbraith - Vice President

Jason is Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Jason is a native to the Kewanee and Quad Cities area all his life. He has deep ties to the area communities and an extreme passion for success. He takes a lot of pride in and enjoys helping area businesses grow and succeed. Jason volunteers thousands of hours for local charities; has successfully campaigned and has overseen dozens of benefits for area individuals and businesses. He lives in Annawan with his wife Erin of 24 years. She is currently working at Where the Wild Ones Grow in Prophetstown, IL. All three of their sons served or are currently serving in the United States Air Force. Chandler served in Security Forces from 2010-2014, stationed at Holloman AFB, NM. He served a tour in Afghanistan, in Security Forces. Cameron is serving in the United States Air Force at Whiteman AFB, MO, as a Munitions System Technician/AMMO.  Carter is stationed in Europe in Security Forces. Jason began his sales and marketing career in sales in 1993 with Montgomery Ward and moved into Sales Management with APAC in 1995. While working for 3 fortune 500 companies including AT&T, SBC and CenturyLink in the telecommunications field, Jason received 17 awards, including 4 Vice Presidential awards for superior customer service and job performance. He is a lifelong Cubs fan and goes to many games each year with his wife, Erin.


Wayne R. Miller - Chief Engineer 

Wayne is a native of Illinois with vast ties to the local community throughout the state. Wayne is a product of local radio and his passion is serving the communities by ensuring that radio stations across the area sound the absolute best they can. With an extensive personal history in radio dating back to his college days, it is safe to say Wayne is one of the best in the area. Along with serving as the Chief Engineer for all Regional Media stations, he is an inspector for the Illinois Broadcasters Association and the head of engineering and IT for The Illinois Farm Bureau Radio Network. Wayne has also held the state of Illinois Emergency Communications Chairman (EAS).

Audra Lynn Ford - Senior Business Manager

Audra, a longtime business owner, and entrepreneur, is in charge of the companies traffic department and the office of the President of the company. Audra has longstanding ties to the local communities with vast involvement in her local church. Audra runs various Bible study programs, works with local charities throughout the area. In her free time, she enjoys reading and playing games on her phone.


Jason Chute - General Manager in Macomb, IL

Jason is a native of Western Illinois, born and raised in Rushville.  After graduating from Western Illinois University with a degree in Communications, he chose to pursue his career path in the Macomb area.  Jason has over 14 years of sales experience and is involved in many community organizations including McDonough County VIBE, Macomb Centennial Morning Rotary Club and is an Ambassador for the Macomb Area Chamber of Commerce.  Helping to develop advertising campaigns for local business is his specialty.   Jason enjoys spending time with his family and watching Chicago Cubs baseball.


James Jones - General Manager in Sterling, IL

James Jones is a dynamic leader with a proven history of providing revenue generating opportunities to local businesses. With over 20 years of sales experience, he brings a strong business acumen and a passion to succeed to the organization. As a lifelong native of Western Illinois, he understands many of the unique challenges and opportunities local businesses face in an ever-changing, dynamic business environment. James lives in Annawan with his wife Crystal and their three children Tre, Tyra and Tiana. He is committed to serving the community in which he, his family and friends reside in.

Emily Freymann - Assistant Business Manager

Emily Freymann is the Business Manager - Administrative Assistant at our Davenport Iowa office. Emily was born and raised in the Quad Cities. She graduated from Moline High School in 2010 and attended Black Hawk College for Administration for two years. She married her high-school sweet heart and has two cats. Emily in her spare time, likes to stay busy. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, crafts and home improvements. She also loves to travel as often as possible.


Marty Wells - Sales - Sterling, IL

Marty is a native of Sterling and attended the University of Illinois. His very long career in sales and customer service has included positions as bar manager, restaurant manager, and sales consultant. He has assisted business owners, marketing directors, and others in charge of advertising to promote and grow their locations through the Power of Radio for more than six years. His face and professional experience are familiar to many Sauk Valley area residents. Marty lives in Morrison with his wife Deb and is active in his church as Finance Council secretary. His favorite sports teams, who he follows very closely, are the Cubs, Boston Red Sox, Minnesota Vikings, and Iowa Hawkeyes football team. 


Karissa Nash-Haptonstall  - Program Director - Kewanee Cluster: 

Karissa is a born and raised Galva girl.  Karissa started out part-time with Regional Media which helped her discover her love for the Broadcasting industry, she is now the Host of the Hog Country Morning Show as well as the Regional Media Shopping Show.  In her off time, Karissa enjoys Spending time with her Family and friends including her daughter Ivie and husband Derek.  Karissa Also enjoys coaching Cheerleading for Galva Junior High School and crafting.  Something you might be surprised to learn about her is that she is a licensed Cosmetologist.  


Bob McKee - News and Sports Director - Kewanee Cluster: A veteran of more than 20 years in radio, Bob McKee has hosted mornings on WKEI for more than 8 years. Bob is also the lead voice of Regional Media Sports in our Kewanee Cluster. Bob handles the Play by Play for the hometown Kewanee Boilermakers for Football and Basketball.

Sam Woolsey - Sports Director - Sterling Cluster: Sam grew up in Geneseo, IL where his love for sports started. He graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor's in Broadcast Production. Sam hosts the sports show "The Pulse" each day on WDSR. He is the area guru for local high school sports, national sports headlines and all does all the sports updates throughout the day, each weekday. When Sam isn't doing on-air broadcasts, at night, he is calling play-by-play for the Sterling Newman Comets. Sam enjoys watching ALL Chicago sports and hanging out with family and friends.


Sean Kernan - News Director - Kewanee

Sean Kernan has been a radio professional in the Quad Cities and Henry County for more than twenty years. Sean has hosted morning shows, afternoon shows, overnight shows, weekend shows and any other time of the day just so he can be on the radio and talk to you. For the last 7 years Sean has also been a professional film critic and member of the Broadcast Film Critics Association and Broadcast Televsision Journalists Association. As a member of the BFCA, Sean casts a vote in the annual Critics Choice Movie Awards seen across the country on the CW Network. Sean is currently the host of WKEI Morning Show from 6 AM to 10 AM on WKEI 100.1 FM and 1450 AM. In his spare time Sean loves the Chicago Cubs, his favorite movie is The Big Lebowski and he never turns down a free meal.

Russ Hughes - Sports Broadcaster

Born in Aurora, il, and moved to Kewanee in 1962. A graduate of Kewanee High School in 1970, Russ attended college at Northwood University and attended auto dealer son school, and graduated in 1975.  He started washing cars at the age of 15 and sold his first new car at the age of 16. Russ owns and operates Hughes auto Group. He started broadcasting football and basketball games in 1988. He has been a member of Kiwanis for 42 years serving in many offices including President in 1984-1985. Russ has also held a seat on the board of Zion Lutheran Church for three terms encompassing 24 years. He also continues to sing in the chancel choir for 38 years. Russ has been married to Christina M Hughes for 42 years, has three children Elizabeth, Andrew, and Aaron along with 6 grandchildren, Katherine, Wesley, Avalyn, Cullen, Lincoln, and Owen.

I am currently a broadcasting production major studying at Western Illinois University. I am going into my senior year and I hope to pursue broadcasting in either radio or TV. I have been working with broadcasting since my time in high-school, so I want to gain more experience working in the field.

I am 20 years old and was raised in Lewistown, IL. I graduated from Lewistown high school and started attending Spoon River College in canton, il right after high school and then moved to Macomb about a year ago to attend Western Illinois University. I am currently a Junior there majoring in Business Management. I love my dog Gunner, love to kayak, and be outdoors. 


Mark Hespen - Program Director - Macomb Cluster

Mark Hespen is from Chicago. He is a graduate from Northern Illinois University, as well as the Illinois Media School. He has been performing his whole life including at The Second City in Chicago. Mark is a space enthusiast, but the Chicago Bears are his true passion. 


Amy Stambaugh - Board Op - Macomb Cluster

Amy was born and raised in Macomb, Illinois living there and the surrounding areas. She graduated in 2012 and was an active member of the school marching and concert band which inspired her passion for music. She has seven years of retail and customer service experience and aspires to one day run a business of her own while also branching out, getting experience anywhere she can.


Paul Bubb- Sports Broadcaster - Macomb

Bubb moved from the playing field to the press box when he began as a color commentator for Monmouth College Fighting Scot football for WRAM and later WMOI in Monmouth. He served as color commentator for the Scots as well as Bi-County football and basketball before moving on in his career in college athletics. Along the way Bubb has served as commentator and analyst for college football and basketball at Cal State Northridge, Idaho State University and Murray State University. Paul resides in Macomb and works at Western Illinois University as Executive Director of Development.

Thomas Anderson - Program Director - Sterling

Tom Katz is originally from Los Angeles CA. He relocated to Minnesota in 1992, leaving the fun and sun and earthquakes and wildfires of the southwest behind. In Minnesota, Tom worked for community radio stations. KDHL Radio, in Faribault MN, a farm news and classic country station. Also in the same broadcast family, Tom was at Power 96, a classic rocker, and Star92, todays hit music, and covered news on KBGY and KRUE92 and voiced sation profiles and liners, all in southern MN. Later, in another market, Tom hosted The Morning Show on Lake Hits 95, and some afternoon drive at KWNG in Red Wing, MN. "I don't like major market broadcast conglomerates that are detached from the listener." Tom moved to Morrison IL in 2015, and joined Regional Media in August of 2018. "Some people are photographers, writers or artist of some form. My creative and communication outlet is radio. Radio offers information on events around us to form a mental photo, brings a spoken story to life, and paints the picture of people and locations, when you can't be there yourself." After 22 years of radio Regional Media Sterling is now where Tom calls home. "WSDR is the best communication station I have been at!"

Kyle is a lifelong Toulon native, graduating from Stark County High School in 2012. He loves sports and played football at both Stark County an Monmouth College where he graduated in May of 2016, with a BA of Science, majoring in Communications. Kyle loves sports, riding his Harley. Kyle is super passionate about keeping everything local and enjoys helping people be successful.
